Planning & Design

Your idea is a starting point. Our design engineers use your ideas to develop a pro solution. We create 3D models step by step on our modern CAD workstations, which are then built in the real world by our professional and experienced team.

Production & Assembly

While we are build your machinery, our product development engineers are in permanent contact with our engineers and specialists. Regular project meetings are held to make sure that production runs smoothly and any necessary adjustments are identified and implemented early on. Our experts work side by side across mechatronics, mechanical and electrical engineering and software development.

Our experience, standard components and new developments are combined for the best possible final results. Our modern machine tools also mean we can produce complex CNC parts in-house with CAD-CAM. All our new designs are CE-certified as a matter of course as well.

Software Development

No machine gets produced nowadays without dedicated software. We build the electrical cabinets and develop the software in parallel while building your machinery. The direct exchange of information between our machine builders and electronics engineers reduces the number of errors and means you get optimised mechatronics. Our software engineers are experts in modern control technologies – from programmable logic controllers (PLC) and positioning systems, to bus and visualisation systems and high-level languages for PC applications, right through to connecting to process control systems, recording measurement data and programming robots.

Commissioning, Service & Maintenance

Once delivery has been released, our employees make sure the machinery is commissioned correctly and that maintenance and production employees get training right on site. If maintenance, repairs or retrofitting of your special-purpose machinery is necessary at a later date, our service engineers will be there to help you too. Our systems also come with remote maintenance equipment for rapid diagnostics.
